Information you choose to share

The inquiry form sends your name, reply email, question and optional business information to a Google Apps Script receiver, which records them in a restricted Google Sheet used to respond and assess service fit. The form also sends referral or campaign labels when present and the landing-page path. Please omit confidential financial, patient and client records. A notification tells Jacob that an inquiry was saved and links to the private tracker. It does not include your message. The site uses temporary session storage for a submission reference and start time to reduce duplicate submissions; it does not store your name, email or question in browser storage. Free kit delivery and optional updates

The kit signup sends your email, primary concern, optional name and business type, a submission reference and non-personal campaign labels to Google for processing. A restricted signup tracker records your request, separate marketing consent and delivery status. A one-time email from welcome@JacobADouglas.com provides the kit link. Choosing kit delivery does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional updates require the separate unchecked consent choice. New opted-in kit requests require email confirmation before practical follow-ups around days 3 and 7, followed by approved monthly editions of The Owner’s Numbers. A private follow-up tracker stores consent-linked enrollment, confirmation timestamps, expiring confirmation token hashes, unsubscribe status and send records. An automatic signup check and request limits help reduce abuse. Each update includes a link to stop all tips and service updates. You may also reply or email welcome@JacobADouglas.com to request removal.

Temporary session storage holds only a request reference and start time to prevent duplicate delivery on retries. Calculator and payment-tracker entries stay in the page; the site does not send those entries with signup. Export your payment tracker before closing. Contact Jacob to request correction or deletion of signup information. The downloaded promotional edition remains yours; downloading does not start a subscription or charge.

Booking and technical services

Consultation requests use the inquiry flow described above. A request does not reserve an appointment; meeting arrangements are confirmed separately. Hosting, Google form-processing and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details. Google Analytics loads only if you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits, selected kit downloads, first intentional use of a tool on a page, game starts and endings, and newly saved inquiries. Tool and game events use fixed labels for the tool, game, play mode, scenario and whether a game finished or stopped. They do not include your choices, scores, numbers or notes. Previous analytics permission is requested again before this expanded measurement begins. It does not receive your name, email, organization, message, calculator entries or submission reference. These counts do not connect a game or tool visitor to an inquiry or payment. Page addresses are sent without query strings or fragments; referrers and automatic form capture are disabled. Google may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information and use analytics cookies. Advertising features are disabled. Your choice is stored on this device for up to 90 days. Use Analytics choices in the footer to change it; declining does not prevent tools or inquiries from working. A consented saved inquiry can be counted on its confirmation page; failed or duplicate submissions are not counted as new leads.

Client engagements use separately agreed tools, access, and data-handling arrangements. Contact me to ask about your inquiry information or request correction or deletion. I will explain any retention needed for ongoing services or applicable obligations. I do not publish your inquiry or use it as a testimonial without permission.
