Information you choose to share

The inquiry form sends your name, reply email, question and optional business information to a Google Apps Script receiver, which records them in a restricted Google Sheet used to respond and assess service fit. The form also sends referral or campaign labels when present and the landing-page path. Please omit confidential financial, patient and client records. A notification tells Jacob that an inquiry was saved and links to the private tracker. It does not include your message. The site uses temporary session storage for a submission reference and start time to reduce duplicate submissions; it does not store your name, email or question in browser storage. Booking and technical services

Consultation requests use the inquiry flow described above. A request does not reserve an appointment; meeting arrangements are confirmed separately. Hosting, Google form-processing and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details. No advertising or visitor-analytics scripts have been added to this site.

Client records and your requests

Client engagements use separately agreed tools, access, and data-handling arrangements. Contact me to ask about your inquiry information or request correction or deletion. I will explain any retention needed for ongoing services or applicable obligations. I do not publish your inquiry or use it as a testimonial without permission.
